Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive business models and customer experiences
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term organizational goals
- Build and manage a portfolio of pilot projects showcasing next-generation capabilities
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementations
