Responsibilities

- Develop future-proof governance models for AI and biotechnology adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation bodies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation leadership with demonstrable 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
