Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external investment partners
- Mentor innovation fellows in speculative design methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting tech adoption
- Build open-source innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
