- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Fluency in innovation frameworks (Stage-Gate, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
