Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across fintech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, decentralized AI)
- Analyze market disruption patterns and create mitigation strategies for legacy systems
- Design sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with ESG 2030 targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board committees
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Author quarterly '2026 Pulse' reports tracking technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting long-term tech trends (minimum 3-year accuracy)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or ambient computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience with Fortune 500 stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, journals, or conferences)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
