Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future forecasting with Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Certification in Futures Research, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise-level innovation projects launched since 2020
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
