Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and neural interface applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping sustainable AI solutions for climate resilience
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and acquire disruptive startups in space tech and biotech
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members using immersive AR/VR analytics
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech AI
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Security clearance for federal defense projects preferred
- Proficiency in emerging tech visualization tools (Unity, Unreal Engine)
