Qualifications

- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Strong background in AI ethics, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$1M
