Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in federated learning and edge AI deployment
- Track record of scaling tech teams to 50+ members
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
