- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Edge AI for potential adoption.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system design and cloud migration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
