Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in product lifecycle management for complex, multi-year projects
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
