Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning 3+ years with measurable impact KPIs
- Identify and partner with emerging startups, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and Board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-gen technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Mentor innovation teams while cultivating a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Secure strategic patents and IP positions for future-proof competitive advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level stakeholder management and board communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience managing multi-year R&D budgets exceeding $10M
