Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 Innovation Roadmap
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum AI and sustainable energy systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 R&D labs
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Drive patent development for at least 3 core 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at top-tier tech firms (FAANG, SpaceX, etc.)
- Proven track record delivering products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and green tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
