- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-tech methodologies

- Monitor global tech trends to maintain competitive advantage in emerging markets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive products/technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Published thought leader in tech innovation (patents, papers, keynotes)
