As a key architect of our 5-year innovation roadmap, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and global policy think tanks to pioneer solutions for climate resilience, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems. Your work will directly shape product roadlines for Fortune 500 clients while mentoring a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-entangled computing and carbon-negative AI
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and WHO for collaborative breakthrough projects
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with ROI projections
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team across biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech domains
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling venture proposals and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies for regulatory compliance in 15+ markets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven portfolio of 2020+ product launches
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Complex Systems Theory
- Published author in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review (2019-2024)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management frameworks and TRIZ methodology
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for DOE/NASA collaborative projects (or ability to obtain)
