Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and human augmentation systems
- Lead moonshot initiatives targeting climate-positive tech and neural interface breakthroughs
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between quantum research, AI ethics, and sustainable engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for decentralized governance of emergent technologies
- Mentor innovation fellows in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Pioneer regulatory blueprints for quantum-safe digital identity ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futuristics (15+ years experience)
- Proven track record scaling quantum-AI hybrid systems (e.g., D-Wave/IBM partnerships)
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical tech deployment
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis or quantum neural networks
- Experience securing federal grants for moonshot R&D (>$50M portfolio)
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and Microsoft Quantum Development Kit
- Speaker at TED/AI conferences with 1M+ audience reach
