Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, IoT, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in futurism methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Track record of securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of successfully launched disruptive products/services
