Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-powered sustainability solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive commercialization of 2026-era technologies through agile development cycles
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators through our Quantum Futures program
Qualifications
- MS/MSc in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF, DoE)
- Strong network with quantum/AI research communities
- Prior startup scale-up experience (Series B+ preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and cloud quantum platforms
