Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Lead AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Establish internal labs and hackathons to prototype and validate next-generation solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical translator between engineering teams and business leaders to ensure clarity and alignment on ambitious 2026 goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological and regulatory risks associated with future tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on future tech roadmaps or emerging trends.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and define new methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology; Master’s degree preferred.
