Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and industry disruptors
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 firms
- Present future scenarios to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders
- Manage the 2026 Innovation Lab's $25M annual research budget
- Curate the annual 'Horizons 2026' global symposium
- File 5+ patents annually for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Synthetic Biology, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Published author in Nature or Science within the last 3 years
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Security clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global collaboration
- Experience with ISO 20700 foresight methodology
- Portfolio of 3+ technologies deployed at scale
