- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for high-impact projects
- Foster an experimental culture through rapid prototyping and iterative development processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
