Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap for 2026 technology initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to deliver prototype solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market viability for next-generation products
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Present findings and roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for AI and biotechnology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D
- Proven track record launching products at scale (minimum 2 exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech integration
- Experience managing budgets >$5M and teams >20 people
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong network with VCs, academic institutions, and tech pioneers
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex visions
