Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for emerging projects
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Oversee IP portfolio management and patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, biotech, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
