- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Establish partnerships with academia, startups, and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ years lifecycle
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants or investments
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
