Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers
- Identify emerging market opportunities and translate them into viable products
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with product lifecycle management from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology trends
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP or equivalent)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
