- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strategic patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations
- Fluency in technical and executive communication frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top industry publications
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
