Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional prototyping labs for 2026-ready technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI governance
- Manage strategic partnerships with quantum computing research institutes
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D, product innovation, or strategic foresight
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Proven experience with quantum computing or bio-integrated systems
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech projects
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
