Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across vertical markets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Create innovation frameworks that align with ESG principles and UN Sustainable Goals
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and investors with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior innovators in next-gen methodology and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic concepts to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
