As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale disruptive technologies while maintaining rigorous governance standards. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and position us as pioneers in the next technological paradigm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning for industry disruption across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Architect adaptive frameworks for ethical AI governance and autonomous system integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness of future technologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team specializing in future-state prototyping
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market transition for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in future-tech planning cycles
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment
- Portfolio of published research on technological convergence or disruptive innovation
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing autonomous systems
