Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Identify Emerging Tech: Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.) to identify opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs that push the boundaries of our current capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust our strategic position proactively.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with finance and operations to allocate budget and resources effectively towards high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a related executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future technology trends, including AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term while executing short-term wins with precision.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
