Responsibilities

- Optimize Infrastructure: Collaborate with cloud engineers to refine latency and throughput for high-frequency trading and automated trading systems.
- Model Deployment: Transition complex research models into production environments using containerization and microservices architecture.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale models on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
