- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic prototypes to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and PhD researchers
- Secure 3+ patents annually in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech fields (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in 3+ languages preferred
