Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable and ethical technology deployment
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with leading universities and tech incubators
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching game-changing tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech innovation initiatives
