Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence initiatives
- Lead scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Drive patent strategy targeting 2026 breakthroughs with 15+ annual filings
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into enterprise transformation
- Curate global innovation ecosystem through strategic academia-industry alliances
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Physics, or Futurism (MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/IEEE journals on future tech
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages with ML/deep learning expertise
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit/Google Cirq)
- Experience with $50M+ R&D budget governance
