Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record in launching tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
