Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure and AGI integration

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar R&D grants or partnerships
