As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, R&D pioneers, and global innovation hubs to identify emerging technologies, quantify market impacts, and develop actionable implementation plans. You'll shape our 3-year technology vision while ensuring alignment with sustainable growth objectives and ethical AI deployment frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight reports analyzing quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized web infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic opportunities in biotech convergence and climate tech solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive analytics and autonomous systems into core offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption readiness and ROI on futuristic innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish whitepapers on emerging technology ethics
- Mentor junior strategists in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for disruptive markets
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or space technology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading cross-continental virtual teams with diverse cultural perspectives
