Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Architect adaptive systems with embedded ethical governance frameworks
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Experience scaling high-impact tech initiatives from concept to deployment
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major tech transformation projects
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
