Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or futurism
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Biotech
- Portfolio of implemented 2025+ tech roadmaps
- Expertise in neural interfaces and quantum algorithms
- Certified in Systems Thinking (STP) and Futures Studies
- Published author in IEEE Nature or similar
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
- Proven $10M+ budget management experience
