Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate modeling)
- Architect scalable systems integrating blockchain, IoT, and autonomous frameworks
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech ethics and sustainable development practices
- Collaborate with futurists and policymakers to anticipate societal tech impacts
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Proven track record delivering futuristic solutions in production environments
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with future-focused research
- Deep knowledge of 2030 tech forecasts (Nexus Futurist Certification preferred)
- Experience with cross-disciplinary teams (neuroscience, materials science, policy)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
