Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks across quantum computing, bio-convergence, and AI ethics domains
- Lead scenario planning initiatives for climate adaptation and sustainable resource allocation
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Establish global partnerships with academic and industry innovation hubs
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Portfolio of executed strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems modeling and scenario simulation capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Global network of futurists and technology pioneers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
