Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive risks and opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into commercial applications
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year horizon strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
