Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership publications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex futures into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advocate for ethical innovation and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or disruptive innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for tech-driven transformation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends and disruptive change
- Experience building and managing global futurist networks and communities
- Mastery of strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
