Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast post-2026 market landscapes

- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives with quantum computing, biotech, and space exploration teams
- Design ethical innovation roadmaps balancing exponential growth with sustainable development
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, academics, and policy influencers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing high-stakes organizational strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
