Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts post-2025
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of publishing futurism research or industry forecasts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ trend analysis projects
