Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological convergence and market evolution through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for board-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers positioning company in next-gen markets
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline acceleration
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario-planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
