Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2028 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future scenarios
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong network with global tech innovation communities
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
