Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with market potential beyond 2026
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate domains
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data synthesis abilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and boards
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
