Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, societal, and market trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Advise product teams on future-proofing architectures against paradigm shifts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin, Tel Aviv)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures modeling frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact predictions
