Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published author on exponential technologies with 50k+ citations
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 10-year strategic pivots
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and planetary boundaries framework
- Proficiency in simulation tools (AnyLogic, NetLogo) and data visualization (D3.js)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
